- 总体还行，差的县几乎是破事和缺钱。官味、老气还是多了点。县长是处级，又是市里看重的人才，路还长，现在干部年轻化，应该就是40左右，或略年轻，整体设定不宜太老气（不是diss演员的意思）。
- 虽然有的地方点到即止，还有一些未尽之言，但是能指出这么多问题已经实属不易。基层干部不容易，希望他们能获得更多理解。
