- 这部剧编剧有很大的问题。编剧不会以为写几个酒桌喊话：“我一定要钢铁厂！”俄罗斯机缘巧合找到钢厂买卖钢铁这种过家家的剧情就能塑造一个武则天，董明珠吧，站不住脚！编剧写的女性企业家，既看不出有大智慧，有圆滑处事的特别之处（参考《天道》丁元英），也看不出多会说话，尤其是东北那里，跟老板谈话只知道说：“你要给他们保障啊，供暖啊，”编剧可以看看《岁月》徐小曼，《天道》丁元英是怎么说话办事的；还看不出多有魄力，多有手段和心机（参考《武则天》），早期投资的钱是男主角出的，追债的苦是两个下手抗的，关键决策也是男主角定的，坐牢的苦两天就被女二偷家里钱保释出来了。总的来说最大的问题是，想要塑造的是一个大老板女企业家，但是支撑她这个角色的剧情太浅薄，立不住。倒是其他一众角色塑造得都比较饱满，且演的不错。
