- 依以前对许三多的印象，以为他是迟钝笨拙的人，看完剧后才发现，他其实也经常思考，有一点“文艺气质”。
- 本剧应该是少有的没有女性角色的剧了，从头到尾都是男人。人物塑造方面，班长，连长，团长都很不错。父亲等其他角色都还行。许三多很像阿甘，傻傻的一根筋，但是做事极度的有原则，有毅力并有极强的自律性。日复一日的做好自己的事情。
