- 本来是很困想要早睡的一天，但还是忍不住看了第一期，作为旁观者去窥探别人的婚姻和问题，还蛮有价值的，看了3季，相当于谈一次错误恋爱所付的学费吧。
- 感觉问题出在老刘的态度上。整个节目现场他几乎都不怎么讲话。不参与，不反驳的状态，中间傅首尔谈到自己和老刘的婚姻。按理说老刘作为当事人，要么反驳纠正，要么补充自己的观点和视角，总之应该积极参与，不能把话语权都交给另一半，感觉是种一方完全回避沟通的婚姻。
