- 家长里短的细节写得特别好，烟火气，不细碎，不失真，寥寥几笔就把人物关系立住了。前两集三个子役的演技功不可没，两个爸爸的邻里CP也莫名好嗑。温馨诙谐的剧情下，探讨的却是是枝裕和式的厚重话题，三小无猜的相伴与母亲角色的缺失，从非原生家庭的羁绊到对原生家庭伤害的反思。
- 看两个臣子在斗智，为了官与民，为了一己私利，奸臣忠臣从来都是相互左右，互相衬托互相利用。内地影视剧对古装戏一向是偏爱有加，无论是武打还是朝廷，好的收视率就是见证。被定格角色的两个人衬托着多变的张国立，把纪晓岚的生活戏剧化无限度加深，有点偏离轨道。
