Dame Joanna sets off on another epic four part adventure, journeying across the world's greatest spice continents to discover and explore their deep and rich tapestry of flavours and cultures that shaped the old and new world. Touring Indonesia, Zanzibar, India, and Magagascar to explore the centuries old spice trade routes of past and present....
